I purchased this clasp because I had to buy a clasp to use the lol3 bracelet that OHM gave me for spending enough money to reach level 3. Unfortunately I did not receive the bracelet. When I contacted OHM, they said that they could not help me. It is bad enough that OHM gave me a supposedly free bracelet that I need to buy a clasp on order to wear the bracelet. As I did not get the bracelet, and OHM won’t do anything to fix the situation I have a clasp that I have no use for. I certainly don’t feel that OHM cares about their customers. They are just interested in people buying their products. They don’t care about customer service. I know OHM won’t be posting this review as they only post positive posts. Hopefully, someone at OHM will read this and take action to fix this situation. t a. I I understand, they will change their customer service policy and treat customers better.

Thank you for the review. The original LOL3 gift package with free Chunky bracelet was lost in transit. Unfortunately this does happen sometimes even when shipped from US to Canada. I did not receive my bracelet. When I contacted OHM they said they could not help me. It is sad because OHM gave me the bracelet because I spent enough money on OHM products to get to level 3. I also had to buy a clasp in order to wear the bracelet. Now that I didn’t get the bracelet, I have a clasp that I have no use for. This has been a very disappointing experience. I certainly don’t think that OHM appreciates their customers. I know that OHM only posts positive reviews, but hopefully someone at OHM will read this and do something to fix this situation. If not to help me, they may want to rethink and treat fellow OHM customers better in the future.
