I chose this bead because the T-rex had sold out (although OHM beads have helped me source it at OHM Thailand - thank you <3). I initially saw it as settling for second best because I really wanted the tyrannosaur, but having received my velociraptor I couldn't have been more wrong. The photos do not do it justice, what a fabulous bead!!!! A really solid sculpture of a dinosaur skull, ferocious with great detail. An absolutely fantastic addition to my bracelet. Might be my favourite bead ;)

This bead has a lovely prehistoric/organic/primitive feel to it, perfect for my dinosaur and dragon themed bracelet. The colour and texture are a wonderful contrast to my usual choices and make a much more dramatic statement. Just have to decide if I'm going add more dragon skin beads to this bracelet or to go for the dragon bone and dragon blood beads in the RAWR collection

The catalog is about 4 inches by 4 inches. The binding is well made and sturdy. The color photographs of each of the 55 'Bead of the Month' are clear and well done. Each page notes the date when the bead came out and the quantity made, as well as a description of the bead. So glad to have received this catalog and the fact that it is well made. The pages seem to be of very sturdy paper, not flimsy at all. A very nice catalog for any bead collector.
