I love the product but the checkout experience is complicated. All the offers feel tacky and the experience cheapens your brand.

I’m not exactly sure what I’m rating you on, web page was easy, finding what I wanted was harder, logging in was difficult, I had an account years ago because I got the Thanksgivings turkeys, but I had to create a new account.

Thank you for the review. Our website moved to a new platform and the accounts had to be re-created. But rest assured, all the OHMbucks are still there.

I love the detail and craftsmanship of your beads and plan to order more. I came across your website sort of by accident and am glad I did.

Hi guys, my two orders from ohm placed on 24th November haven’t arrived yet, I’m in the UK and USPS tracking says one arrived at Heathrow on 6th Dec and one arrived at Heathrow on 11th Dec.There are no further updates. Our postal service is having a series of strikes so I don’t hold out a lot of hope getting them yet. When they finally arrive I will be delighted with my beads I’m sure. It’s just how the world is at the moment, I’m philosophical about it.

I always enjoy the OHM Beads. The actual shopping experience is great. The only bummer is how long it takes to get a shipping notification. Perhaps this last order was during Black Friday and there were too many orders to process. I can only hope my next order will be quicker. I’m always so excited to get my beads!

Sorry about that Lori. It does take a lot longer usually to process orders after our 4th of July and Black Friday promotions. Aside from those two major events we strive to get orders out within 2 business days.

Wonderful customer service! I took advantage of a promo code that lasted only 20 min. When I checked out, my phone stalled and the promo no longer worked. I went on to chat to ask for help, and they provided a solution to check out again with the promo code within minutes. Thanks so much again for the support. Will be loyal customer just because of this experience.
