Pricey (especially considering additional customs taxes), but OH so pretty and detailed! Will definitely buy again.

I love OHMBEADS!💕🥰💕 just all the unnecessary replies are stifling.
I don’t need emails Letting me know that someone will get back to me.
Sorry to be so mean. But I don’t understand it.

My shopping experience was great. My order was placed on January 18, 2024. As of January 29 I have not received notification that my order has shipped. I’m hopeful that my order will arrive soon.

Thank you for the feedback, Kimberly. The shipping notification email may have ended up in your spam folder. I can see that your order was placed on January 18th, shipped on January 19th, and delivered on February 2nd. Thank you for shopping with us!

Ohm has the best customer service. Period. The jewelry is gorgeous. My bf is so excited to have the Liohm Charm and Ball necklace to wear as an everyday accessory. He said it’s perfect.

Ohm beads do beautiful beads. Their beads are among the most expensive on the market. I know I am a bead collector. I used to no mind that but their customer service is fast becoming among the worst. The delivery times are abysmal unless you pay a lot. So I think this is the end of the road for me. I don't want the hassle anymore.

Hi Dagmara. Thank you for the review. Yes, international delivery times vary. Currently, the average delivery time from the USA to the UK is 3-4 weeks. During the busy holiday season, delivery can take up to 8 weeks. We do have a warehouse with an online store shipping from Denmark. I'm not sure if that would be faster. Please email support@ohmbeads.com if you need help ordering from within Europe, and we'll do our best to assist.

Part of my order is missing. I only received one of each charm. I ordered 2 kickin peaches AAX109 and 3 gratitude quote charms ACS003G. The packing slip did not say that this order was being shipped separately. Please contact me to let me know when the rest of my order will be shipped.

Hi Maria. Thank you for the feedback, and we apologize for the situation that occurred. This was entirely our fault; some items weren't shipped by mistake. The remainder of the order was shipped as soon as you let us know. Fortunately, you're in the USA, and the shipping was delivered quickly.

Thoroughly enjoy shopping with Ohm, especially since they have the greatest sales ever! The glass beads are spectacular and the silvers are delightful! The names of the beads, whether glass or silver, always make me smile. This is a company that clearly puts thought into their products. The quality and craftsmanship of each piece is never lacking. The company itself is very responsive to customer communication, which is another plus.

Received this rating e-mail much sooner than the beads arrived. Other than that, pretty welled match pair of Siberian Sakura arrived.

Transaction went well but it's a pity that we cannot combine a discount code Ohmbucks with a free shipping coupon !!
