I recently tried the Santa Maria Grill Seasoning and Secret Competition Pork and Chicken Rub and they were both great, I grilled a ribeye steak and a beef tenderloin and used the Santa Maria rub and both had really good flavor. My family said that these steaks were some of the best I had ever grilled. I used lump charcoal and a couple of mesquite chunks and combined with the rub the flavor was outstanding. Next I smoked some baby back ribs using the Secret Competition Pork and Chicken Rub. They turned out great too. I used lump charcoal along with some apple wood chunks and the ribs had a slightly sweet flavor with a little hint of heat. I told a friend of mine how good these two rubs were and he ordered them as well. Great products along with excellent service. I will be ordering again.

I purchased the sampler pack and it is great rub! Loved all the different ones the pack came with. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is 2 of the packages weren’t sealed all the way and I lost 1/4 of the package in the box. I will definitely be ordering from Oak Ridge again though!
