We have tried many different rubs for our BBQ catering business, and found Oakridge BBQ products to be the highest quality, and best producing rubs on the market today. We use Game Bird rub exclusively on our chicken & turkey, and have had many customers actually ask for the name of our product so they can order some for themselves. At a recent vending event, we sold wings that were smoked using Oakridge Game Bird, and after the first batch of wings came off the pit, we immediately pre-sold the next 10lbs of wings before they ever went on the pit. Love it...I have it on chicken a minimum of 3 times a day and the beef and pork competition rub on pork tenderloin everyday at least once. Yes you read it correctly this rub is used on practically every meal I eat. Great balance of salt and sweet with a touch of heat at the finish.
