I especially liked your comment about the completed puzzle being so attractive. I've had the same experience with SunsOut. Their images are always wonderfully crisp, colors are nice and bright, and overall quality is very good. Their boxes aren't the greatest, but we're OK with that since it's part of the reason their puzzles are so affordable. All things considered, a very acceptable tradeoff. -- Kevin

They were fast in shipping, and exceedingly careful in their wrapping/packing job, and on top of that, they left me a very nice hand written thank you note! Above and beyond!

Thank you for the very helpful feedback Abigail. We agree with your StandOut assessment, which is why we offer occasional discounts to help make it easier to justify purchasing them. Regarding the way we package StandOut puzzles for shipment, it just wouldn't do to have such an innovative puzzle container get beat up in transport! We love the StandOut puzzle tubes and feel that it would detract from the puzzle itself if they were to arrive in less than perfect condition. Hope you've been enjoying "In Emerald Waters". -- Kevin

There's just so much that can go wrong between our door and yours. That's why we use such sturdy boxes and lots of packing material. If we appear to stand out in a positive way for our customer service, then I suspect it's partly due to the fact that we're living at a time where certain basics of doing business, especially those related to customer service, are frequently less prioritized, sometimes simply because it's not considered necessary, or perhaps not worth the cost. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or higher quality puzzles. The product info and reviews on the website were so much more thoughtful than other vendors. I do lots of jigsaw puzzles so I find it pretty hard to find puzzles that aren't just a new version of something I've already seen and done. I was so happy to discover Odyssey! I love that they carry less commonly seen brands like StandOut and JaCaRou. The website is very user-friendly and I'm just shocked at how fast their puzzles arrive at my doorstep. And the puzzles arrive in perfect condition because they take great care in how they pack them. These people obviously love jigsaw puzzles and I love shopping here!
