The lady that helped me with my loan set the wrong material or never set stuff that needed to be signed. I had to talk to the supervisor to get this loan done. Not happy with the customer service. Great rate on my loan!!!

Everything started out awesome, to words the end my designated rep said that she was not getting one of my papers. We both were frustrated. The issue took a couple of weeks to resolve. I now have my lower rate and I am very pleased with my decision to use Open Road Lending.
