I want to start off by saying my credit needs some serious help but I thought to myself let me give Open Road Lending a shot and to my expectations they approved me. The process was extremely smooth and was very quick. They paid off my fist lender and it reflected on my credit score to make my credit score go up. They lowered my monthly payment and got me a lower interest rate. If you are in doubt give them a try and you might just be surprised to get approved. My representative's name was Mona and she was awesome!!!!!

Too many people handling the loan. The wife and I received phone calls from different people asking the same questions. And for some reason different emails were given. My suggestion would be one person for the whole loan application and one email address to send documentation
