I emailed you an answer a few days ago. Hope you find it. I think it is a great product, 'cause when I asked my physician about the steroid injections for sore shoulders, hips, knees, etc., that she is dispensing, she said there is no healing in it. That convinces me that the natural medications should be our number one priority instead of the toxic, experimental meds of the day. I started taking silica Feb.2, 2022 for a knee that had been in trouble and I had been getting "cover up" injections for 2 years. They helped, but didn't heal anything. A shoulder that had hurt for years. I even had 2 years of stem cell treatments. They also helped for a short time.
Then came 2/2/22 and silica. Since then the knee and the hip do not hurt. They aren't perfect yet, and I do have to overcome bad habits that I had developed. The shoulder is a work in progress. I have finally gotten around to eating/consuming those cake mixes that I ordered. I had no trouble cooking/preparing the cakes. The icing/frosting was more problematic. I made a frosting out of cream cheese, butter & erythritol if my memory serves me correctly. I guess that I needed to put that mixture in a blender, since the erytheritol seemed very granular and didn't dissolve as I'd hoped. The walnuts, which I'd added with bananas and egg whites to the cake mix provided a much needed difference in texture into the final product. I've only just started eating that cake, but all in all it has been a positive experience.

I found that this product does not mix in juice...very unappetizing. However, I can take it really well in flavored yogurt. Although, I don't have a weight problem, I am a little concerned about adding the additional calories of 8-10 oz Greek yogurt and 2 scoops Collagen powder to my diet every day. On the bright side, I think I see an improvement in my skin. Hope it helps my joints, too.
