Lower Blood Pressure It has helped lowering my blood pressure by 10-15. I'm running 130/80, but am still taking BP medication as well. Not sure about side effects as my physiology has been greatly impaired by an excessive use of a fluoroquinolone antibiotic-the ciprofloxacin family of quinolones. I really like the product! To be honest, I have not checked by BP since taking Striction BP. I like it; I feel it is helping me, but I want to wait the three months to confirm that "feeling." I don't want anything to make me want to stop using it. I almost immediately (within a few days) had both the feeling of being more relaxed and my brain being more clear. Unfortunately, I think the main problem (if any) is that their customer service department totally either does not understand English or I don't know. They totally screwed up my request(s), and then, themselves, decided to cancel me. Now, I mention that because they really DO try hard. They will cancel you (whether you ask or not) ... I don't know if they are outsourcing their customer service, but, really, for such a good product, I think they would do better to have a good customer service department, people who understand you. That being said, I think the product is very much worth trying. I am happy I did and will probably have to make the customer service department reinstate me when my supply is depleted!!!! You don't have to worry about not being able to cancel if you want to!!!!

Bru Baker This product seems to be helping me. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure about a year ago. I tried a few different medications with very poor results and several side affects. Even after trying to double my prescribed dose, my bp was still running as high as 180/120... A friend recommended this StrictionBP to me. I started taking it, and a week later I quit taking my medication. I was carefully monitoring my bp at the time, and it has gone down quite a bit. Every once in a while I will still get a high reading like 150/102ish, but I really do feel much better. The best thing is that I don't have to deal with all those effing side affects any more.
