I also take Striction D so it's alittle hard for me to determine what's doing what. I do take my supplements regularly. I take about 5 not including my Chicory drops/Stinging Nettle Blend. I feel Grrrrreat! I've been trying to get off these pills that R prescribed to SENIORS from the time they start to complain about anything!!! I'm 70, and have men from 20 on up trying to get next to me. It's so much fun. I've never looked or acted like a senior. I think they like my mentality. LOLOL So, I do know of the depletion of our enzymes, and organs that need more as we continue to fight for our survival.
