After Seeing An Occupational Therapist And Having My Orthopedic Surgeon,Who Specializes In The Hand, Inject My Joints With Cortisone, Only To Later Tell Me That He Could Not Help Me Any Further. I Faced The Prospect Of Living With Limited Flexibility And Use Of My Left Index Finger.I Could Not Even Bend It Normally, Less Than A 45 Degree Angle.
