I purchased the product because I need help with my legs. i am doing several things. This has been a problem for quite a while. So far not much improvement. I am almost 90 years old. Had back surgery a year ago. Dr. removed what he called debris around my spinal cord in my lower back. At my 4 week checkup he said nerves can take months so I am hoping and waiting. Should I take more than 2 a day. My SS check needs to be bigger.
