I have used this product on a bedridden geriatric patient for a couple years now to help heal and/or prevent dicubitus ulcers----very helpful! I highly recommend. I first spray the cleansed wound with liquid DermaTox, then apply the ointment to the skin or the sterile gauze bandage itself.

Unfortunately we are unable to produce this product without erythritol as it's inclusion was the result of a years worth of R&D that concluded that while not perfect, it was the very best option for us in terms of taste, and health benefits. It is recognized as one of the healthiest sweetener options.
Specifically; It is calorie-free, doesn't raise blood sugar levels and is less likely to cause digestive upset than the other sugars.
All that said; I am sorry that it is not a good option for you.
