I haven’t notice or feel any changes as of this AM. I will take it again this evening and I hope I can feel some differences before I take it again. Also in the morning I take Insulin adjusting the dosage depending on Blood Sugar reading which also depends on my diet but mostly below 130 in the AM and PM again depends on what Ate for lunch. If I notice ANY changes, you will hear from me again. Thanks for your interest wanting to know how the Med is doing for me, am still hopeful that it will work. Have taken for 2 weeks and I have had no improvement in my blood pressure. I take 3 readings in the morning and night. I exercise daily, I am not overweight, and I haven't eaten meat in 35 years. Satisfied! Hubby is completely off of Metformin and his numbers are lower. Satisfied with the product ~ however I am not happy with the insurance in that most supplements are looked at as a food and not as a covered medication. So whereas Metformin is free, we are out of pocket on your product. Hmmmmmm, you would think that if they truly wanted you healthy they would cover the healthier alternatives?
