I do not know how much this product is helping with my blood pressure. I have only been taking it for a little over 2 weeks along with another product with K2 that is offered on the internet. I have changed my diet and trying to eat healthier also so I do not know how much this product is helping. My blood pressure is not getting any better but it is not getting worse at an average of 145/83. Hopefully I can get it lower in time.
