I Have to be honest, I didn't Believe it would make much difference, but after being consistent in taking it, I have found that my Blood Pressure has dropped so much I've had to adjust the amount of BP Medication that I'm taking... I can't say that I'm 100% in yet, but my current opinion so far is good, and I'm considering trying another month of it. Thanks for being Honest people in reporting the effectiveness of your product instead of being snakeoil sales men... The supplemental market is though precisly because of the people who over inflate results instead of being honest about the proper uses of their products. Thanks for being Honest.
