I believe it is working for me. I do try to take 2 tabs with a meal but sometimes I do not eat a large meal in the day and will graze throughout the day. If I only take 2 in one day, is that detrimental? I do try to prepare/eat 2 meals a day at least, but there are days that I simply cannot. Otherwise, I've not had my blood draw yet and plan to have it done in the next month or so. What tests should I use for the blood draw?

I take several high blood pressure medications and supplements as well as do several specific exercises to reduce the blood pressure. My doctor has run out of additional medications to help.
