The item didn’t even ship for almost a week. Zero updates in between. That is unheard of in this day and age. And expected ship time of four days. So much for reliability.
Response from Healthy Habits

Greetings Thomas,
Thank you for allowing us to earn your business and partner with you towards your health and wellness goals! It's a responsibility we do not take lightly and will do whatever we can to assist you in becoming the healthiest you possible!
First and foremost we apologize for any shipping delays. It's never our intent to make our customers wait any longer than necessary to receive their items. That being said, there have been some shipping delays due to COVID-19 and USPS manpower shortages.
Additionally, it does look like a tracking e-mail was sent out to you -- but sometimes those can get filtered as spam; so we apologize if it was missed.
It does look like your order was delivered as of 11/17/20, via USPS tracking number 92612999963626000077763380. We hope this is true, but if it is not, or you have additional concerns, we'd ask that you please reach out to us at your earliest convenience at 1-844-248-3710 and we'll gladly assist in whatever way we can.
Thank you for partnering with us toward a healthier tomorrow!
