The video was not bad, and it was certainly better than most I have heard. You didn't repeat much information. Thanks, I got it the first time. Mostly, I appreciated the fact that it was a brief video. The part I didn't like was at the end. The sale was verging on a "hard pitch" especially when you added all the other products. Enough is enough.

My dissatisfaction is not with your product but with you customer service. I do not recall ordering 2 different packets of the product, only the 3 bottle size, not an additional 3 bottles. I was told that there is nothing can be done about correcting the 2nd order. So I'm stuck with 6 bottles instead of 3. This situation does not endear me to your company and I have not taken enough of your product to determine its efficacy.

I looks like during the ordering a process, a promotion may have been chosen that ordered an additional 3 bottles of Striction BP at a discounted rate.
We understand that this option may have been chosen by mistake -- and it looks like when you had called in, your order(s) had already left our fulfillment center. What we would ask is that you call in once the items are received to obtain an RMA number for your return. All products will be refunded automatically once received back at our fulfillment center with the corresponding RMA on the box.
