Was extremely disappointed that I could not correct a mistaken order for $159 instead of the desired order for one bottle for $59 As a customer service consultant for more than 35 years, I was amazed that customer service was powerless to correct an order when called within minutes of detecting the order error. Being told that the order went directly to a separate fulfillment center and I would have to receive the undesired shipment , return it and be charged for the return postage, plus a restocking fee, is not the way to handle this type of problem.

From our records, it looks like a refund was processed for order 8295689 on 1/14/20. This refund was in-full minus a restocking fee as the product had already left our fulfillment center at the time of the call. If you'd like to return that product to us, please call us once received to obtain an RMA number for the return. Once returned and inspected, we will certainly refund the restocking fee per your request.
