It is for my wife. I am going to give it a try. She has tried cinamin before with no real success but is on 3 BP medications that she does not like. I am ordering today to give this info to my wife, and I bet that she will read those books, and adjust her cooking a bit. then, we will go from there regarding the ordering of my bottles of product. Thanks for the books! I think that she will eat those up!

Have had diabetes since 1990 and have been taking insulin a least 4 times a day. It’s been under control but very difficult to control. However, I haven’t experienced any physical problems. I pray this works!
