"The service provider (Keith) was here exactly on time. He was friendly and professional. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and stubborn stains were removed. Four stars instead of five for two reasons. 1) I was told I had to vacuum an area after Keith arrived. This vacuuming requirement should have been in the written service offer. 2) I was informed after Keith arrived that the hallway was not included in the service. I had to pay an extra $15 to get the small hall carpet cleaned

"Meteor Brite did an excellent job cleaning our carpets & we are very happy. We have 2 cats and 1 dog, and they were able to get most all of the stains these guys have caused out. Our carpets look great again. Communication was great, online booking of reservation made it easy, and they did a thorough job, cleaning the entire house for a small upcharge from the original Amazon voucher price I paid. Carpets are still slightly damp so will wait 24 hours before moving furniture back, recommend!! "

He hand cleaned the visible spots/stains, then steam cleaned the carpets. He did a great job and the carpets look like new. I definately feel like I got my money's worth on this deal. As a bonus, Keith is a very pleasant individual. :) I will use Keith and Meteor Brite again next year!"
