This time the purchase for Intl Pkg was not in a Box, it was in bubble protected pkg resulting in a few items slip out fr dented boxes n 2 caps broken. Althou tis does not affect the product but upset to see purchased in such condition. Requested for Sample (Dr Grandel Timeless) for tryout but was given any.

There was a mixup in my order. I was sent an incorrect product (lip care instead of the Ultra Stick). I notified you of the issue immediately and requested that the product I had ordered be shipped to me. 3 weeks later, I still don’t have resolution on this, and am receiving no response to my repeated follow-up messages. I’m very disappointed in the customer service - I shouldn’t have to work so hard to get the order corrected.

However, the Beauty Pears Anti-Pollution &Regeneration Serum made my face break-out. I'm sure why. Was it releasing some impurities from pollutions in my skin? I stopped using theproduct until I get some explanation/answer.
