Wish these came with some easy way to contain them after opening the package, but that's a minor nit. They work.

OutOfAir Replacement FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer Upper Gasket Assembly Replaces Item T910-00075 - 2 Pack
My vac sealer was not pumping bags down very well. Even though the old gaskets looked fine, they just would not seal on bag anymore. Ordered a set of gaskets and had immediate, positive results. Old gaskets were original to the unit so possibly may have just hardened a bit over time. In any case, my one dollar V2490 (garage sale bargain) once again functions perfectly!!

11" x 100' - Roll w/ Box and Built-In Cutter
I purchased this a little over a month ago, I was getting low ( different brand) and we also just had purchased a Sous Vide cooker. This is excellent quality and sealed perfect. I use a very basic model Food Saver that is about 6 years old. Instructions are printed on the back of the box, what is great is this can stay in the box and you do not need to deal with the loose roll in the machine. ( I have many a time had mine fall out and hit the floor). There is an hard cardboard center tube that has the cutter in it. You open the labeled ( open this end) end and pull it from the center of the roll ( the cutter NOT the cardboard roll), then you just slip the cutter over the box edge !! So simple, so convenient. We make dinner packs complete with seasonings and seal them, then toss in freezer. Either thaw or when using Sous Vide ( Anova) toss entire frozen pack in and cook it. It can not be any easier. Do yourself a favor and research Sous Vide cooking and then get a sealer and this roll !! Meal prep made easy.

It fits my machine very well. I also like the extra length 11 inch rolls too. I buy bacon in large amounts and and split it up in in smaller packages for the freezer.
