This is my second order. The first was the smaller 9" size, now replacing the 11" size. They are rugged, sturdy, and work well for freezing. As a suggestion to purchasers I would tell you that they are a little different than the OEM plastic in that once you stop sealing, the air content "backs off" a little and leaves a small bit of space between the plastic and the food. I always stop sealing before the sealer automatically shuts off so the moisture is not all drawn out of the bag and makes the food too dry (like a steak). The food will not be harmed with less than a full seal assuming proper refrigeration or freezer temperature.

I use these precut bags to portion out the fish that I freeze and for using in my sous vide Having them precut and sealed saves a lot of wear on my vacuum sealer and with only having to seal on end my machine doesn’t overheat. Best bags out there by far.

The quart bags worked great. I didn't have any problems getting them to seal properly. I had been using the rolls and making my bags and I had problems getting them to seal. I will definitely be using OutOfAir bags from now on!!
