This order went well. Prompt confirmation of purchase and notification of shipping. The last order, not so well. Had placed order and was advised items were out of stock and would be advised when they arrived. About 2 months later, I received and email stating items would be shipped within 7-10 days. Waited for over a month, never received anything, so I had to place another order.

Product arrived in good time, and was as expected. However, I was very surprised and somewhat dismayed that it showed up in Amazon packaging, and showed up in my mail alerts as coming from Amazon.
Because of the way they treat their workers, I make a point of not shopping there. In searching for my item, via Google, I cam to the "OutOfAir" website, which did not appear to be affiliated with Amazon.

I have ordered multiple times. The quality and pricing of the rolls is very good. I use the rolls when I sous vide.

The product was great however it was shipped in a bag and we all know the post office is not careful.
The corners were crushed making it impossible to slid the cutter on the box.
My qt size came in a box, perfect. Gallon size, not so much.
