Despite the expectation of delayed shipment due to the company being out of stock at the time I ordered, I received my order in seven days. That’s nice but what really impressed me was not only receiving a confirmation email but also a separate thank you email from the company founder expressing appreciation. One does not see that every day!

I placed an order, but there was some complication. The company contacted me, and fixed things up.
I've been using the bags for a couple of months now, and they're great.
Would buy again - thanks!

I would have given 5 starts except had to wait for the rolls to come back into inventory. My wax beans were ready to be sealed for the winter. The discount for the more you buy is great. I would recommend the product and I will buy here again in the future.
