Shipping was quick and arrived very timely. Order was accurate and well packaged. The bags are vastly superior to what we have been using. Highly recommend OOA products

Love your product but the 4x6 bags are smaller than what I thought , should have ordered next size larger !!

Seamed a little slow on shipping but didn't need right away. Bought 8" x 100" singles before, not sure 3 or 4 boxes, they had white stripe to write on and your name on side and marks every 2",made for easy measuring, new ones just received, no stripe, no name, no marks, although where edges are sealed have some like dimples looks like 2" apart, 2 rolls opened so far to make up some bags when needed are not marked all the way down to both sides, they have gaps , sometimes 3 or 4 or more on both sides, the hole length of roll. Is this because i ordered bulk ones this time, figured to save a little over single ones and figured would use them sooner or later, or a change in manufacturing or cheaper product. I noticed on advertising on internet still has white stripe, name and markings. If they seal good as first ones might not be a problem, time will tell. Maybe little harsh on rating have not used them yet.

The package was delivered early and bags are of excellent quality. Based on some youtube videos, I was expecting some notches on the side of the bags for scissor free opening, but that could be a mistake on my part.

I recently received my OutOfAir bag roll (11" & 8") order. The bags vaccum & seal well with a FoodSaver sealer without any issues. Good quality bags at a reasonable price. Thank you

I have a Foodsaver vacuum sealer and haver until recently used mainly the Foodsaver plastic bag rolls for my needs. I have tried some cheaper brands, and that is precisely what they are, cheaper. These Out of Air rolls seem to \me to be of a superior quality to the foodsaver ones, and you get longer rolls for cheaper. Out of Air also has bigger range of sizes available.

They STILL DO NOT come in a box as shown in the video advertisement. They come in a cheap plastic bag in a paper mailer like they came from a Chinese shipper who thinks that they're smarter than the consumer! It's a joke!

Ordering the sample pack was easy. Its been 11 days since I ordered the item and still have no idea where it is. I can go to my account and see it says shipped but there is no tracking number so how do I know its shipped? Then I get all this junk mail saying how great it is that i ordered from you. Sure, great I ordered some bags. How about you send them and let me know when they will get here. This is the digital age not the "stick a stamp on it and hope the rider doesn't get shot along the route age"

Hi Robben. I'm sorry for the bad experience here. Just this week we noticed a large number of sample packs taking a lot longer than normal to be delivered via USPS First Class mail. We've changed how we ship these to get them to customers faster, and tracked. If your shipment doesn't get to you by Monday we'll re-ship it. We'll be in touch.
Best,
Jonathan
