Your part was awesome but the shipping part was terrible, when I received my case of 8×25 case the length of the box was ripped open and the other side they or someone taped closed, all the rolls was there but some were tore up, so if I were you I would have to say something to the shipping company, I did not take pictures but I will if it's delivered like that again, because I definitely like your products but NOT THE SHIPPING COMPANY

My sealer is acting like it's New again. I was about to buy a new one because it was not sucking down to my satisfaction. I would have to cancel the seal and reset multiple times. Even then it was not great.
Well that's all changed now due to your great bags. Noticed the thickness right away.

Paid extra to get the item fast. Was shocked to see it was shipped by Amazon. So I could have just ordered from Amazon maybe and not pay more for shipping? I ordered a new gasket for a really old Rival brand. was supposed to be compatible. One gasket was a perfect match but the other other one sent was just a flat piece I assume you glue into place? Definitely not the same gasket as the original. Luckily, we only had one bad gasket on our machine so the repair worked and she seals great again. Not bad for ten bucks verses a hundred for a whole new machine so we are pleased with the product.
