Love the zipper feature. Mil doesn't seem as think as they used to be. Thus, for freezing things will freezer burn easier.
Update: I received a very unexpected and immediate response from the company owner regarding my review. He explained that new, more pliable materials being used. Mil thickness wasn't lessened, just materials are better. The fact that the owner of the company cares enough to personally address my concerns with legitimate reasons is refreshing and admirable. No, I did not get ANYTHING for updating my review. I'm not a paid spokesperson. I'm just a consumer whose purchase turns out to be 100% satisfied and I feel appreciated by the seller.

Hi Diane,
We've never changed the thickness of our bags, and we do inspections to be sure we are consistently meeting the advertised thickness (4 mil). However, we have made some changes to the material recently to improve their puncture resistance and this change makes the bags more pliable, which could make them feel thinner since they will not be as rigid. But the thickness is unchanged, and the material is an overall improvement.

Excellent bags. I like much better than the big name vacuum bags. I have been using Out of air brand for a # of years with no issues. I just tried there zipper vac bags and wish I had found sooner.

Everything I ordered was in stock. I package arrived on time. Had to contact them to get the other 2 products I ordered. They said they would issue a return after I received the rest of the shipment. They were informed when the package arrived. Had to contact them again and told them I would dispute the charges. Both situation came with an excuse. Cannot rely on them to do what they say. Poor customer service.
