Hi Laurie,
I know we already spoke via email, so need to respond here - this is just so future customers know we resolved this.
Our delay here was due to the holidays (Christmas and New Years). During this time it is normal for packages to take a few extra days for delivery, and sometimes we do see packages marked as delivered a day or two before they actually are delivered (I believe this is due to the package being delivered to the wrong address, then fixed). We re-shipped this order once it was clear that the shipment was not going to be delivered.

Hi,
I know we already spoke via email, so need to respond here - this is just so future customers know we resolved this.
We goofed on this order. We were trying to issue a refund after the order was placed to provide a discount that was not able to be applied when placing the order. Unfortunately, we accidentally refund the wrong amount which resulted in a bit of confusion. We were able to resolve it with the customer though and they received the correct disocunt.

We were able to determine why these bags were not working and replaced them free of charge. We checked in after the replacements were delivered and confirmed the replacements were working well!

These vacuum bags work great! What a great way to preserve foods in the freezer. Been doing this for years. We go so far as to put our unpopped popcorn in the bags which will retain its current moisture levels for who knows how long. Will order more as needed. Thanks for good communication.
