I have used the small bags for sealing up chicken tenders, and the small bags work beautifully. However, in trying to use the quart bags to seal up individual chicken quarters, the bag seals before it withdraws out even half the air. I tried using one of my older bags from another company, and it worked great. So the problem seems to be with the bag.....not with my Foodsaver.

Hi,
I know we already spoke via email, so need to respond here - this is just so future customers know we resolved this.
We were able to determine why the Quart bags were not working and replaced them free of charge. We checked in after the replacements were delivered and confirmed the replacements were working well!
Best,
Jonathan

When I received the gasket, I installed it, and it didn't work. I just threw it out, and when a review was requested, that's what I stated. I didn't think it worth the hassle to return for such a small purchase, and would not have left a negative review, until a review was solicited.
Almost immediatelyI received a personalized email wanting to make it right. The rep continued to follow up to make sure that I received the replacement, and that I was satisfied. I did, and I was.
Awesome customer service!m

First, I should have ordered the next larger size as in the width, but I do find your product beneficial because if the strength in the bags. I find the bags can be used in boiling water. Thumbs up on this product.

Out of air the only vacuum sealer bag I trust! I also use them for daily use in refrigerator seal one end and just fold the other end to store cheese and lunch meats etc. Take out what you need fold end over and put back in refrigerator. Perfect for a single person. Keeps all my food Fresh.
