Cobra 4X4 M-Spec Retractable Roller Shutter fits Great Wall Motor GWM Cannon 2020 Onwards Tub Manual Tonneau Roll Cover Black
When I called ozbest they sent me the link for what I needed and options. I asked about if the installation of the product and they referred a close by company to install it and the company who done the installation couldn’t fault them. Friendly people there and had plenty of time for questions and done a great job of the isolation of the roller shutter. Thank you for your great service.

Hi Felipe, our team has been actively working with you to address your concerns. Based on the videos you've shared, this appears to be an installation and alignment issue. As previously advised, we require having the roller shutter fitted by a qualified professional to ensure it fits and operates as advertised.
We've also sent you an email to assist further and hope to get this sorted with you soon.

Hey Brad, love the language, and thank you for your feedback. Just a heads-up, the installation instructions are actually available on the product page, so you may have overlooked them. We also require professional fitting to make sure everything is installed safely and correctly, especially when drilling is involved. Cheers!

270 Degree XL Freestanding Fox Awning 2M Passenger Side 600D Oxford Ripstop Fabric Waterproof Cover 2 Meter Plus
I was sent the 2.3meter version that has a lot of sagg
Response from Oz Best Dealz

Hi Vikrant, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This amount of sag isn't something we've previously encountered with this awning, and it's not how the product is intended to sit when correctly installed, deployed and tensioned.
Our team has reached out to you directly requesting a short video showing the awning fully set up so we can determine whether this relates to the installation/tensioning, setup of the arms and straps, or the awning itself.
We've supplied this product without this being a recurring issue, so we'd really like the opportunity to understand what's happening with yours specifically and get it sorted for you. Please reply to our email when you can and we'll take it from there.
