I ordered a bonnet protector from these guys, i unboxed it and was so happy with the quality until I saw a crack in the middle of it, I emailed ozbestdealz photos of the crack and straight away they are sending me a replacement, these guys really easy to deal with and I’m looking forward to getting my replacement

Disappointed with the parcel being damaged but very happy with the prompt response to replace it with a new one, hoping that we don’t have the same problem, but couldn’t be happier with the service you supply, you have been very understanding about the problem i had.

Shopping experience was excellent, received the flared guards in good time and was able to track delivery accurately, they were well packaged and the paperwork was well presented. I haven’t fitted the guards yet, so while the delivery was ideal, I’ll be completely happy when I know they fit as intended. I’ll update this review then.
