Up to the point Australia Post got involved it was efficient and professional, unfortunately that's where it stopped. Tracking shows it was received for distribution at mail centre on the 1st Nov and hasn't moved since. I received an unexpected email from Australia Post yesterday which was a surprise as I hadn't been chasing the parcel, which stated the parcel was still yet to be processed and if it hasn't arrived by the 16th to lodge an unquiry, all quite bizarre. Maybe you guys should consider Fastway in the future, in the time period since I placed the order with you I've made three purchases out of Victoria, all of which have been delivered and all on the expected day of arrival.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your experience. So sorry for these delays. Since the lockdown, shipping companies are overloaded however, please be assured that our team will help chase this up for you. Most of Auspost's shipments arrive on time just they can fall behind on some deliveries that are out of our control. Our team will follow this up until resolved. Please reply to the email we sent if you have any questions. đ
