Sweater is very nice but size chart is not gauged for petite women. I followed the chart and answered the questions which said I would wear a medium.
The sweater was like a dress on me with sleeves 5” too long. I ended up ordering an XS which was the correct fit with neckline a bit tight but workable.
Perhaps reviews should ask gender, height, weight & size that worked thus reducing returns

I dont know if it is that there is a little stretch or if it will shrink a little after a wash but it is a little big on my frame. For context, I am 6'2" and 220 lbs. I ordered an XL. I think the large would have fit better. But we got a set for myself and my wife. We like the look and feel.
