I typically wear smartwool socks but wanted to give these a try. They are pretty comparable. I order a size up in socks so that over time my big toe nails don't ware a hole in them (I know TMI). I'm a women's size 9 in shoes and I ordered a M in these socks. They fit perfect and have a nice deep heel cup. I feel like the fabric is very slick and smooth in my shoes (a bit more than smartwool) and wick moister well. I read that you don't/shouldn't wash them every time but I gave them the sniff test and nope, had to wash them! I have washed them 3 times now and so far they are still in perfect condition. My husband likes them too, he wears the L.

I normally a wear a cotton hoodies as my comfort clothes. But now the paka crew and hoodie has replaced that since it is light, soft, and it keeps my warm. I would say it runs slightly large for me since I'm a 5ft 7 women in shape but not athletic built and it is not a deal breaker for me. Also I really enjoy that it is long so there is no ride up. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys dressing comfortable and not look like you just left the gym.

The thumbhole sleeves keep a snug fit around the wrists, the drawstrings for the hood are so brilliantly engineered and placed for efficiency and style. The interior pockets are roomy and the wind/rain/hail/snow protection on this thing is unparalleled. Easy to dump heat, packs small, and, as someone who lives with Reynaud's Syndrome, this jacket kept me warm and safe.
Went on a roadtrip through Colorado in early October, this jacket was ready for all the things and then some. The Apu Parka kept me dry, warm, and protected against the wind and elements from the summit of Pikes Peak with freezing temperatures (14k+ above sea level) to the San Luis Valley and Great Sand Dunes (13k+ below sea level) where temperatures can fluctuate from 70-40 degrees. I was able to dump heat as needed and bundle up for those nighttime chills. And while my feet were blistered and my shoes full of sand, nothing penetrated my Apu Parka.

I'm 5'3" 135lb, bought the XS, and it feels a bit large but perhaps it's just the looser fit. I was looking for a casual hoodie and bought the Vida over the Hoodie simply because I liked the tricolor look better. The Vida is thinner, looser knit, yet also heavier than I expected.
