Get out there with your new alpaca clothing from PAKA! Great company (you SHOULD care about that), great mission statement & beliefs, great clothing, great people making them, and can we just say how cute alpacas are?! Invest in something you’re going to have for a very long time instead of cheap threads going into landfills. I dare you to put on a hooded sweater from PAKA and think to yourself, maybe I will just wear this all day….Alpacas take care of the land like we should be taking care of the land - gently, without leaving a wake of destruction. I like the the fit and feel. My only complaint is I wasn't too impressed with all the dog/cat hair stuck to the sweater in the box when it arrived. I either received a returned product that was not inspected well or the facility these are packaged in allow pets.

I just got back from a trip to Everest Base Camp with my sons. We had to pack light due to the long and rugged trail. I knew I wanted a good sweater - but I only had room for 1 when it came to crunch time. My good and faithful Costa sweater made the cut and served me well. I wore it almost every day of my journey as I was dependent on clothes to keep me warm. There were a LOT of sweaters (and other apparel) I had tested over the prior months. As an avid traveler and outdoor adventurer, I've always been a fan of wool. You can wear it time and time again and still not get stinky. Paka's Alpacka wool hoodie is what I've found to be the perfect blend, because you do need a little synthetic fiber to give the garment strength and help it retain shape. On top of this is just how amazing the fiber feels, its SOFT. It's also the superior wool in all the ways. Stronger, softer, more sustainable, absorbs less water, the list goes on. When I learned about Paka's business model, it was a no brainier, I bought two, and I jump on any opportunity to gift one to a friend. Most recently I took mine to Portugal's Nazare to watch the big wave surfers on an impromptu winter escape with my wife. I toss it on every morning. Thanks guys, I fully support what you're doing.
