Not only is the garment well made and attractive but I experienced excellent customer service from PAKA. It was close to Christmas when I was able to get my son to let me know what sweater he wanted and the size and sadly, when I tried to place the order, the hoodie was sold out. I was happy to see an option to be notified when the item was back in stock. I ordered right away and it was delivered quickly so I could wrap it up along with the PAKA socks I'd ordered. He was thrilled and his daughter loves the Sabastian sticker that came with the order. I'll be exploring other items to order in the future.

I absolutely love this sweater! I wish I could wear it everyday. Unfortunately, my skin is sensitive to any types of wool and after a few hours the collar starts to itch. If the collar were just a bit bigger, I’d probably never take it off.

I bought two (large and x large) they are amazing and soft but be aware they do run small. I planned to give the large to my small - medium wearing daughter who loves big hoodies, but she ended up with my xl and I returned the large in hopes of getting an xxl, The chest area on the xl was just too tight for me and I’m not that big. Not sure what size you would need if you’re a stout built man.
