This is probably one of the best base layers I’ve ever put on my skin. I have multiple PAKA products and they are all amazing. Only downside, is this is the only piece that shrank considerably.
I got the XL, wore multiple times before washing. I always get about 4-5 wears out of my products, even after working up a sweat, before they feel like they need a wash(yes, even the socks!)
I wash on tap cold, and dry on a rack. Everything shrinks a bit, but this one shrunk about a whole size. I passed it down to my son who loves it, and reordered a XX.
I’m not gonna knock a great company over how an animal grows its hair. Multiple products I’ve ordered, are the best travel, and hiking products I’ve ever owned. Pair a quality product, with great customer service, and a solid mission and you’ve got my loyalty!

I love the natural fibers of alpaca. I work outside in every season and so far this winter I have been happy with the insulating quality of the hoodie.
