Although the crew socks were slightly too large I enjoyed them on my hike. Put the socks in the dryer for a while to shrink the fibers a little. I was given the option to exchange them for the ankle socks, but those do not work for me when I hike.
After a mere 10mile hike, I must say my feel stayed comfortable and dry. I will continue to wear and hope the crew socks eventually come in a smaller size as I wear a 6-6.5 shoe.

I literally have not taken these off since receiving a week ago! I ordered them with the hoodie, mostly to wear instead of slippers on our cold basement floor. It is spring in Montana but still chilly. Yesterday I wore them for a hike. They are still soft, smell clean, and keep my toes comfy warm. Enough padding for my grandma feet on hard floors but also fit perfectly in my hiking boots. I’ve already ordered more and am starting to make a list for Christmas for my kids and grand kids.
