The customer service i have received has been phenomenal. I first saw an Instagram advertisement for Paka and couldn't get it out of my mind. Three days later i ordered a hoodie from them. Unfortunately, that package for stolen off my porch an hour or so after it was delivered. I talked to them about it and they were very helpful in making sure I was able to get another order. I just got my hoodie yesterday and could not be more happy. It is incredibly comfortable and regulates my body temperature really well. I will be loving this hoodie/wearing it out for the next few years. Thank you, Paka! You all are great and I am in love with the fact that the hoodie is signed by the woman who handmade it.

So soft and warm. Who needs a sweatshirt when you have this sweater; comfortable, warm and great fit. Typically I wear a women’s small or medium but with the unisex sizing, the XS fits great.

I loved the material, but the sizing doesn't work for me because it's unisex. The XS was a tad smaller than I wanted, and so I thought the small would fit well, but it was huge--almost looked like a medium--I have small shoulders, but I'm tall, so therein lies the challenge. In retrospect, I probably could have kept the XS, but it was just a little shorter than I wanted it. Unfortunately I had to return both, but might check out the women's products because the sizing will likely be better for a woman's body. I think your company has a wonderful philosophy and I like what you're all about.

I love the breathe fabric! The cotton lining is ultra soft. The alpaca is light and thin, yet warm. It repels water in drizzly conditions. I also love the thumb holes which are only in the cotton, which means your hands are kept warm by the alpaca layer.
