I'm 6'0" or 6'1" and average/slim build (175) and the medium works really well. Very comfortable and versitile weight. Good warmth to weight ratio if you're in a medium cold winter climate. If it gets truly cold, do a base layer, throw this on, then go puff jacket and you're probably good.

The quality is great, like other things I've ordered from this company, but it gets 2 stars because the white t-shirt is unwearable. Dark colors are ok, but the shirt I ordered in white is nothing short of looking like a wet t-shirt contest when I put it on... Mesh has more coverage. You can see EVERY detail of my tattoos, every chest hair, every nipple (just two of them for the record). If you're just dying to look like you're shirtless in public where it's unacceptable to actually be shirtless, get this t-shirt in white. Otherwise, go for black or avoid it altogether.... Or get creative and order 3 of them that you can sew together and wear at the same time to get the coverage of one normal shirt.
