Ordered in a medium and misread the sizing guide. Had to exchange and went with an XL. For reference, my measurements are: torso - 22.5”, chest (under arms) - 44”, arm length from top of shoulder - 26” . Exchange process was very easy. The team kept me updated of progress and answered emails quickly. I put the hoodie on after receiving it and wore it while working most of the day. Initial quality is great! Overall fit for me is slightly larger than fitted but that was intentional for layering purposes and anticipated shrinkage from washing. It kept me warm while working in our cold basement and my coworker (pupper) thinks I look awesome! The feel is soft and pliable, which will be nice when wearing it on lounge days. I can hardly wait to start wearing it outside more and getting a feel for the wear, durability, etc.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. Hubs couldn't be happier with his 'dress sweats'. He calls them a Unicorn/Alpaca love child. Excellent hoodie with great versatility and comfort. Love the personal touch of the makers name sewn into the piece. Gave 4 stars instead 5 bc of the fit and softness. Both are very nice but left just that extra star to be desired. The fit is “slim”as described but still looks a touch frumpy in places. It’s soft but not that curl up in a cloud soft I hoped for.
I purchased three pairs of socks as gifts and they were all loved and thought to be the softest things alive. So I’m think a different hoodie with a slightly different blend of materials would add that softness I am looking for.
