The hat keeps you warm without being too thick! The bottom of it is raw (that’s the best word can think to describe it) instead of hemmed, so it doesn’t have much stretch/structure to help hold it on your head, especially if you have a smaller head. I folded it like they do in the pictures and it works but comes undone a little. The other thing is I wore it in the rain yesterday and it ended up smelling like that wet dog smell (wet alpaca maybe?). Purchased with a gift card and probably would not purchase full price but it’s a good hat plus it does keep you warm and is lightweight which is great.
