We live in the mountains of western NC. Mornings can be chilly. Our HVAC of choice is heat pump so Sol is perfect indoors. And it works great inside very AC'd buildings. Outside, thu sun is very powerful so Sol's blocking capabilities are welcome. I am between 5'9" and "10" so ordered women's L so it would be baggy.
