My item has gone missing. I have sent countless emails regarding this even with a reference number from Royal Mail stating they have logged it as a missing item and still no response from this company. I have spent a lot of money on this item and it was a Christmas present for my mother and caused great distress. I am still trying to either get a full refund or a replacement and yet no one will respond. Quick to take your money but useless when it comes to customer support and service!

Terrible company, placed an order 2 weeks ago for a Christmas present never received it, messaged asking where it was but all I told was on its way, even after Christmas Day, will not be using them again. The service is shocking especially as I never received it you don’t seam bothered
