The ordering process itself was perfect, simple and easy.
The order was showing as delivered by Royal Mail and my initials have been put as the signature. The parcel hadn’t been delivered...
I then had to wait 7 working days before PD could raise a complaint on my behalf. It’s a little poor when ordering a gift (paid for) then having to wait for a refund - basically buy the gift twice. Still don’t have an update

First time customer and I was sent someone else's order not once but twice. I bought aftershave for my husbands birthday which then didn't arrive in time, so I had to go out aphysically buy it from a shop. Very disappointed in the service. I will say the person from the support team who dealt with me was really understanding. Won't be ordering again.
